Are you busy?Are you in hurry?
You could be stressed if you’re always busy...
And as we know that stress is caused by our reaction to each situation
it's better to slow down and not hurry!


 A good tip to avoid hurry is to set your alarm clock for 5-10 minutes earlier 
than you would normally wake up...nothing is more stressing than 
hurry up in the mornings...

SO SLOW DOWN AND ENJOY LIFE!

You could also have a new motto...so say aloud the following:
 
 
God has made everything beautiful for its own time. 
He has planted eternity in the human heart.
Ecclesiastes 3:11 NLT
